Building Success Through Culture

For us fun is a serious business tool. It's a key ingredient in any successful business. Culture is very difficult to measure, so how do you measure it? Easy, people stay in an environment they like, and at Ad On Workforce we have a negligible staff attrition rate. If our people leave, it's generally for family or relocation reasons. We truly are the destination employer in the CDO region of the southern Philippines.

Beyond Events: Building Meaningful Connections

So many companies throw a couple of ' team building ' events and then sprout forth about their amazing culture they have. Great culture is not built alone on holding hands around a fire or an annual Christmas party......it's far more meaningful than that!
 
Our culture is not built alone on team building events. Our culture is built on an infinite amount of constant daily engaging moments between staff. Managers and staff care for each other and we treat each other well. Trusting each other, backing each other and caring for the lives and success of ALL staff.

Don't get us wrong, we still have fun together at numerous events, parties, lunches and dinners, but the real culture is built on small engaging moments between people who care for each other.

Our company motto is: Treat people like you would want to be treated! We live by this, and it's ingrained in each and every one of us.
