Personal / Executive Assistant Role
Schedule Management Manage and coordinate a busy and complex schedule, including appointments, meetings and events.
Communication Respond to phone and email enquiries, and act as the first point of contact for the executive.
Document Management Prepare, proofread, edit and manage documents, including reports, presentations and correspondence.
Travel Arrangements Coordinate and manage all aspects of travel, including flights, accommodations, visas and travel itineraries.
Meeting Preparation Prepare agendas, take minutes, and coordinate meeting logistics.
Project Management Assist with project management tasks, including tracking progress, monitoring deadlines, and communicating project status updates.
Research Conduct research, gather information, and prepare reports as required.
Expense Management Manage and reconcile expenses, including credit card statements and receipts.
Personal Assistance Provide personal assistance, such as making dinner reservations, running errands, and managing personal appointments.
Other duties as assigned.
Level 1 of Expertise
- Degree in finance / admin / business
- Proficient in all relevant software
- Proficient English written and verbal
