Community Management Respond to customer inquiries and comments on social media platforms in a timely and professional manner.
Social Media Monitoring Monitor social media platforms for mentions of the company, brand, and relevant keywords, and respond accordingly.
Analytics and Reporting Analyse social media metrics and provide regular reports on engagement, growth, and other KPIs.
Social Media Advertising Manage social media advertising campaigns, including targeting, budget management and performance analysis.
Content Calendaring Create and maintain a content calendar, including scheduling of posts, engagement campaigns and promotional content.
Collaboration Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as marketing, sales, customer service and design, to ensure a cohesive and consistent brand presence across all social media channels.
Industry Research Stay up-to-date on social media trends, best practices, and emerging platforms, and incorporate these into the company's social media strategy.
Social Media Policy Compliance Ensure that all social media activity is in compliance with the company's social media policy and relevant laws and regulations.
