Zero Tolerance Policy

Ad On Workforce is committed to providing its clients with the highest standards of service and professionalism. As a provider of staff outsourcing services, we take the responsibility of managing our staff very seriously, and we have established a zero-tolerance policy to ensure that our standards are met at all times.

Policy Statement: Ad On Workforce will not tolerate any form of unethical or unprofessional behaviour from its staff, including, but not limited to:

  • Fraudulent activities or misappropriation of funds
  • Harassment or discrimination of any kind
  • Violation of confidentiality or privacy laws
  • Substance abuse or illegal drug use

Consequences: Any staff member who engages in behaviour that is in violation of this policy will be subject to immediate termination of employment, without exception. This includes behaviour that takes place on the job or outside of work hours if it has a negative impact on the reputation of Ad On Workforce or its clients.

Reporting: Any client who becomes aware of behaviour that is in violation of this policy is encouraged to report the incident immediately to Ad On Workforce. All reports will be thoroughly investigated and handled confidentially.

Ad On Workforce is committed to creating a safe and professional work environment for our staff and clients, and we will not hesitate to take the necessary steps to uphold this commitment.

Expanded Zero Tolerance Policy

In addition to the behaviour of our staff, Ad On Workforce also has a zero-tolerance policy for any form of disrespectful or abusive behaviour from our clients towards our staff. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Verbal or physical abuse
  • Harassment or discrimination of any kind
  • Threats or intimidation
  • Racial slurs or hate speech

Consequences: Any client who engages in behaviour that is in violation of this policy will face immediate termination of service. This includes behaviour that takes place during business hours, over the phone, through email, or through any other means of communication.

Reporting: Any staff member who becomes aware of behaviour that is in violation of this policy is encouraged to report the incident immediately to Ad On Workforce. All reports will be thoroughly investigated and handled confidentially.

It is important to note that this zero-tolerance policy applies to all interactions between our staff and clients, both in-person and virtual. This includes all forms of communication, including phone calls, emails, video conferences, and instant messaging.

Additionally, Ad On Workforce takes all allegations of inappropriate behaviour very seriously and will investigate any reports thoroughly. If an investigation determines that a client has engaged in behaviour that violates this policy, Ad On Workforce reserves the right to take the following actions:

  • Terminate the service agreement with the client immediately
  • Notify relevant authorities and provide any necessary information or evidence
  • Take legal action if necessary
